1. Maintenance methods

1. Light: Venus flytrap loves sunlight very much. During the maintenance process, it needs to be placed in a well-lit place so that it can receive sufficient light. In winter, it can be given direct light. But in summer, shade should be provided when the light is strong.

2. Temperature: It likes warm environment and is relatively afraid of cold. Therefore, when raising it, it should be placed in an environment of 22-28℃. This is very beneficial for its growth. Never place it in a low temperature place, otherwise it will freeze.

3. Watering: It likes moisture, so the substrate must not be allowed to dry out during maintenance. Therefore, you need to water the substrate every 2-3 days. The best time to water is in the evening, which helps it absorb water better.

4. Fertilization: When it is growing, nitrogen and phosphorus compound fertilizer can be applied once a month. The amount applied each time should not be too large, and the flower fertilizer needs to be diluted in advance before application.

2. Feeding Method

When raising it, you can also provide it with additional nutrients by feeding it. Choose a small living mosquito and put it into the open insect trap. However, it should be noted that the amount of food fed each time should not be too large, only 2-3 clips are sufficient. Moreover, the second feeding can only be done after the food in its clip is completely digested.
