1. Origin

The production areas of Kudingcha are very widely distributed, and it is grown in Sichuan, Hunan, Guizhou, Jiangxi, Yunnan, Fujian and other regions in my country. The origin of large-leaf Kuding tea is in Hainan, the origin of small-leaf Kuding tea is in Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and other regions, and wild Kuding tea can be found in various regions of my country.

2. Growth habits

It has a strong adaptability and a very developed root system. It likes a moist growing environment and mostly grows by streams and in bushes. It is more suitable for growing in fertile and deep soil, and the average temperature of the growing environment should be controlled above 10℃.

3. What are the effects

1. It tastes very bitter and can relieve internal heat after drinking. It is usually used to clear away heat and detoxify. Moreover, it can also help reduce high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high blood lipids.

2. Kuding tea contains tea polyphenols, which can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria and kill the bacteria in the mouth, making people's mouth fresher.
