How to grow and what to pay attention to when growing peace trees

1. Lighting

The peace lily has a relatively large demand for light, so the place where it is grown needs to have relatively bright light. If you want to keep it in one place for a long time, you can put it in a place with bright and soft light. Except for the need to provide appropriate shading at noon in summer, it can be exposed to direct sunlight at other times.

2. Temperature

The temperature suitable for its growth is between 20 and 28 degrees. But when the temperature is below 10 degrees, its growth will stop, and when it is below 5 degrees, it will have problems with poor growth. Therefore, certain measures need to be taken to keep it warm in winter.

3. Watering

When watering it, you need to follow the principle of watering when the soil is dry, watering thoroughly when the soil is dry, and watering it slightly dry. Keep the soil slightly dry at all times and do not allow water to accumulate in it, otherwise it will cause problems such as falling leaves and yellowing leaves.

4. Fertilization

Its requirements for fertilizer are not particularly high. During the growing season, we apply liquid fertilizer to it once every half a month to 20 days to meet its needs. You can stop fertilizing in winter.

5. Notes

Its leaves are dense, thick and large in size, so the interior tends to appear crowded. Therefore, we can properly trim the dense branches and leaves inside the tree to increase the ventilation and light transmission capacity of the crown, which will be helpful in preventing diseases and insects.
