Common varieties of Daxuesu

Daxuesu of Shigu Daxuesu

Shigu Daxuesu is one of the common varieties of Daxuesu.

The stems of the Shigu Snow Plant are relatively large, the leaves are relatively thick, the plant is more upright, and the leaves are semi-drooping. The plants of Shigu Daxuesu are generally not tall, have many leaves, and have four or five flowers. The flowers are relatively large, green and white in color, and the water marks on the flower tongue are slightly heavier. The leaves are full of domineering and majestic.

Daxuesu: Dragon Daxuesu

Hualong Daxuesu is another common type of Daxuesu.

Hualong Daxuesu has 5-9 leaves in clusters. Its leaf length and leaf width ratio is smaller than those of Shigu Daxuesu and Weishan Daxuesu. The overlapping and alternate bases are wider (commonly known as wide foot shell), and the leaves are thick. As the leaves grow, the new leaves will be longer than other leaves, and the last leaves to grow will appear twisted during the growth process. The lip petals of the Hualong Daxuesu flowers have heavy water stains and peach cheeks, the color is slightly green and the flowers are irregular.

Heavy snowfall is also common in Weishan.

The leaves of Weishan Daxuesu grow in clusters of 5-7 pieces. The leaves are relatively long, with shallow V-shaped grooves and curved leaves. When blooming, the water stains on the lip of the flower are lighter, the flower is larger and the color is slightly white.

Other varieties of Daxuesu

Heqing Daxuesu is another more common Daxuesu.

The bulb of Heqing Daxuesu is not obvious, the leaves are not upright, and they are ring-hanging leaves. The leaves are relatively long, sometimes even growing up to 90 centimeters. The leaves are relatively thick, mostly in clusters of 7 leaves. 3-5 flowers bloom, the flowers are large, green and white, with green stems, and the lip of the flower has slightly light water marks. Strong seedlings and leaves are single plants.

There are also less common varieties of Daxuesu, such as "Green and Strong Daxuesu" and "Strong Daxuesu".
