How to cook pumpkin deliciously and simply, how to eat pumpkin

1. Pumpkin sesame balls

1. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into thin slices. Put it into a steamer and steam it until done. Then take it out and put it into a bowl.

2. Add sugar to the steamed pumpkin while it is still hot and mash it into a paste. Then pour in the glutinous rice flour and stir with chopsticks until it becomes flocculent.

3. Knead the mixed pumpkin puree into dough;

4. Take out half of the dough and roll it into long and thin strips. Then cut the long strips into equal-sized pieces;

5. Roll the cut dough into balls with your hands. At this time, you can slightly wet your hands;

6. Put the rolled pumpkin balls into a container filled with sesame seeds, making sure the sesame seeds fully cover the surface of the pumpkin balls;

7. Pour enough oil into the pan to cover the pumpkin balls, heat the pan and fry the pumpkin balls. When the color of the pumpkin balls turns golden yellow, it means the pumpkin sesame balls are ready.

2. Pumpkin Pie

1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces and steam until cooked. Add fine sugar to the steamed pumpkin, stir well, then pour in glutinous rice flour, mix the pumpkin puree and glutinous rice flour thoroughly until the pumpkin puree does not stick to your hands;

2. Prepare bread crumbs and heat the oil pan;

3. Roll the pumpkin puree into balls, coat with breadcrumbs and press into pancakes;

4. Put it into the oil pan and fry it. When the pumpkin pie floats out of the oil, take it out and the pumpkin pie is ready.
