How to soak passion fruit and lemon in water? Do you use boiling water?

1. How to drink water

It is very simple to make a drink using passion fruit and lemon in water. Use a sharp knife to cut it open, scoop out the yellow fruit and seeds, and pour into a glass of water. If you like sour drinks, you can cut two more slices of lemon. The lemons must be washed and cut into thin slices. Put it in a cup and add water, stir it and you can drink it. If you are afraid of sourness, you can add some honey or sugar, and finally sprinkle two or three mint leaves.

2. Do you use boiling water to soak?

When making tea, you cannot use boiling water. You can use warm water or water with ice cubes. This will not destroy the nutrients in the passion fruit. The water temperature should be around 50-60°. It contains a lot of protein, and the nutritional value will be greatly reduced if it is soaked in boiling water. Also, if the water is too hot, it will taste more sour and the taste will deteriorate.

3. Notes

When making soaked passion fruit in water, try to choose fresh passion fruit. If its skin is wrinkled or sunken, it means it is not fresh. Note that you should not drink more than 3 pieces of water a day.
