How to eat Dendrobium chrysanthemum

1. Stewed lean meat soup

(1) About ingredients: Not many ingredients are used. About 500 grams of lean pork; 3 grams of fresh flowers (about 40 flowers); 2 grams of wolfberry. Then there are some seasonings: a small amount of shredded ginger; table salt; cooking oil.

(2) Preparation: First, in order to ensure that the flowers have a beautiful shape, we need to brew the flowers with boiling water before making the soup. After brewing, pour the water soaked with flowers into the stew. Then, wait until the pork is about 60% cooked before adding the flowers. Continue to simmer until the pork is cooked through. However, it is not necessary to brew the flowers. If it’s too troublesome, or you don’t need to care about the shape of the flowers when cooking it yourself, you can just stew the flowers and pork together.

(3) Taste: The taste of this method is very special, with a light floral fragrance. Add the sweet taste of lean meat and it's delicious. When mixed together, the aroma is fresh.

2. Eat directly

This method is much simpler, you can just peel off the skin and eat it. It tastes sweet and refreshing, a bit like sugar cane. Looking back, it still feels very refreshing. However, this way of eating is not common, and it is more commonly drunk as soup.
