Mulberry Jam

Method: 1. Take 100 grams of mulberries, wash and drain the water, put them in a bowl and add 40 grams of sugar, and marinate for at least 5 hours. 2. After the mulberries are pickled, a lot of juice will appear. Put the mulberries and the juice into a clay pot or a stainless steel pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. 3. Add 2 tablespoons of water, malt and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, then simmer for 20 minutes and then turn off the heat to cool. 4. Mulberry juice

Method: 1. Take a bowl of mulberries, wash them and pour them into the pot, add three times the amount of water and cook over high heat. After boiling, switch to low heat. 2. While cooking, use a spatula or spoon to crush the pulp. 3. Friends who like sweet food can add a few pieces of rock sugar to enhance the taste. 4. After about 2 to 10 minutes, it can be served. Filter out the mulberry juice and it's done.

Mulberry and Red Date Milk Syrup

Method: 1. Wash 50 grams of mulberries and soak them in salt water for 10 minutes, then drain. 2. Take 6 red dates, remove the cores and set aside. 3. Put two bowls of water into the pot, then add the washed mulberries and red dates, then add 20 grams of rock sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. 4. Take 500 ml of pure milk, pour it into the pot and continue to boil for 2 to 3 minutes before you can taste it.

Mulberry and wolfberry quail soup

Preparation: Wash and clean two quails, then blanch them in water and set aside. Take 100 grams of fresh mulberries, 20 grams of wolfberries, remove the pits from 6 red dates and wash them. 2. Put clean water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the processed ingredients and boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for one and a half hours. Add appropriate amount of salt.
