How to make tea with Roselle

Steps for making roselle tea

Step 1: Remove the calyx together with the fruit. If there are no fresh fruits, you can also choose to go directly to the supermarket to buy dried roselle flower tea, which is more convenient.

Step 2: Dry in the sun for 1 day, wait for dehydration, remove the calyx, and spread it on a clean mat or bamboo basket to dry.

Step 3: Prepare some honey, mint leaves, or some of your favorite food ingredients.

Step 4: Take about 6 grams of dried Roselle, add appropriate amount of mint leaves, and simmer in boiling water for about five minutes. After the tea has cooled down, you can add appropriate amount of honey according to your taste and stir it. The delicious and healthy Roselle afternoon tea is ready!
