How to grow a fortune tree faster

How to grow a fortune tree faster

1. Soil environment

If you want it to grow faster, you should use slightly acidic soil with good air permeability when planting. You can mix it with river sand, coal slag and garden soil. It is best to add an appropriate amount of organic fertilizer before burying it in the soil to increase the nutrients, so that it will grow faster and more vigorously in the later stage.

2. Suitable temperature

It likes a warm environment. During maintenance, the most suitable ambient temperature can be between 20 and 35 degrees, which is more conducive to its growth. If the temperature is above 35 degrees or below 10 degrees, growth will be inhibited. Therefore, if you want to grow faster, you need to control the temperature and provide a more suitable temperature environment.

3. Adequate lighting

It likes light. If you want it to grow faster and stronger, you should place it in a place with diffuse light. Sufficient light time can allow the plant to carry out photosynthesis better, which is very beneficial to its growth. But be careful not to expose the plant to strong light, as it will burn the plant, so block or avoid it in time in summer.

4. Water appropriately

During the maintenance period, watering should be moderate, neither too much nor too little, otherwise it will affect normal growth. The specific number of times should be adjusted with the seasons, once a week in spring and autumn, once every three days in summer, and once every half a month in winter. Remember to observe the soil in the pot before watering.

5. Supplement nutrients

In addition to water, nutrients are also important. Usually fertilizer is applied once a month, and additional fertilizer is added in time according to the growth of the plant. If you find that the growth is slow, add an appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer. But be careful to stop applying fertilizer in high or low temperature environments to avoid fertilizer damage.
