How to make potted plants from fruit seeds

Longan Forest

Longan is actually very easy to grow. You might want to try leaving the seeds when eating longan. Before soaking longan in water, you need to remove the flesh and white soft tissue on the top, otherwise it will easily attract insects in the future.

1. The shell of the longan that has been soaked in water for two days has gradually cracked and the water needs to be changed every day.

2. Soak in water for about a week, with the buds facing upwards, and plant them in the pot from the outside to the inside.

3. Spray water twice a day and it will start to sprout after a week. After more than ten days, the small buds began to compete in size. In about a month, the small forest will grow. Can you relate it to the longan you eat?

Lemon Forest

1. Soak the leftover lemon seeds in water.

2. Use tweezers to remove the surface shell.

3. Then find a container or cup you like, fill it with moist soil, and place all the seeds with the small heads facing up.

4. Cover with coarse sand or small stones. You can also cover it with plastic wrap, spray some water every 2 to 3 days, and it will sprout in about a week.

5. After germination, spray some water every 2 to 3 days to keep it moist to help growth.

Dragon Fruit Forest

A ripe pitaya fruit contains about a thousand seeds, and a little bit of the seeds separated from the dragon fruit flesh is enough to grow a potted plant.

1. Cut the dragon fruit in half and use a stainless steel spoon to gently scrape the flesh into a container. Dilute the pulp with water and rub it gently with your fingers, trying to separate the pulp from the seeds.

2. Pour the mushy pulp into short stockings, continue to rub it for a few times, then soak it in water for 1 day. Do not soak it in water for more than two days, otherwise it will germinate. Continue to rub it the next day to squeeze out all the pulp, leaving only black seeds, which look a bit like black sesame seeds.

4. Lift the stockings to drain the water. You can use toilet paper to absorb the water on the seeds. Take out the seeds and spread them flat on a plate. Use an electric fan to blow gently to make the seeds completely dry and separate each grain. Then you can start planting.

5. Choose a suitable pot without holes, or fill the holes in the pot with holes, put in sterile culture soil, about 90% full, and spray some water to make the soil on the surface very moist, and then spread the seeds evenly on the culture soil.

6. After spraying water on the seeds several times, wrap them with plastic wrap to keep the surface moist. Then uncover the wrapping and spray water once a day until new sprouts grow.

After growing up, the whole pot of dragon fruit seedlings is thriving, green and lush, and the yellow-green color is super cute.

Grapefruit Forest

1. Soak the grapefruit seeds in water and then peel off the outer hard shell.

2. Fill the pot with loose soil, place the seeds evenly in the soil with the small end facing upwards.

3. Cover the seeds lightly with soil, or sprinkle a thin layer of beautiful crystal stones on them. Water it every two or three days, and it will sprout in about three weeks.
