What to do if the Phalaenopsis orchid flower wilts

1. Control watering

Reason: Watering too much will cause water accumulation in the soil, which will affect the normal physiological activities of the Phalaenopsis roots and cause damage to them. Once the root system is injured, it will be difficult to absorb nutrients, causing the petals of the plant to wilt.

Solution: If the situation is not very serious, you can put the flower pot in a cool and ventilated place to allow the accumulated water in the soil to dry quickly, and then reduce watering. If the situation is serious, you may have to change the pot.

2. Reduce light

Reason: If it is exposed to sunlight for a long time, its flowers will be burned by the strong light and become wilted.

Solution: Move the plant to a place indoors where there is no direct sunlight, or use a sunshade to block some of the light for the plant.

3. Lower the temperature

Reason: The plant cannot adapt to excessively high temperatures. If it grows in a high temperature environment for a long time, it will be affected and wilt.
