What to do if Green Tyrant has rotten leaves

What to do if Green Tyrant has rotten leaves

1. Dust

There are actually several reasons for its leaf rot, and the most important one is that there is a lot of dust on the surface of the leaves, and we spray at the wrong time and fail to provide it with moisture in time. In addition, there may be relatively more water on the surface of the leaves or the water stays for too long, which causes mechanical damage and subsequent infection. So our solution is to frequently wipe the surface of the leaves with a soft cloth, or wash the surface of the leaves with clean water.

2. Moisture

It needs water, and it needs to be sprayed with water at certain times. The best time to spray water is before twelve o'clock, and do not do it after the afternoon. The water should not drip, and the water should be everywhere on the surface of the leaves. Of course, if you are washing dust, the water droplets do not need to be controlled on the leaves, you can let it drip at this time. What we must pay attention to when operating is to control the force within a certain range, otherwise if we accidentally hurt it, the gain will not outweigh the loss, and it will also make it easier for germs to grow. The damaged leaves can be cut off and then sprayed with wettable powder of carbendazim to cure it. Two or three tablets of this substance can cure it.

3. Fungi

Fungi are also a very important cause of leaf rot, which can be regarded as a serious manifestation of pests and diseases. If watering is too frequent or concentrated on rainy days, or if watering is carried out in the afternoon or even at night, the leaves will rot more thoroughly. So we can stop watering it at this time, and prepare the ventilation conditions, and provide it with scattered light, and don't let it be in a too dark environment.
