What is the reason for the yellowing of the leaves of the green radish and how to remedy it

1. Strong light

Pothos is suitable for growing in a semi-shady environment. If it is exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, the leaves will easily be sunburned, and the evaporation rate will also increase, leading to yellow leaves. Usually, you should place it in a place with scattered light, not in a sunny place. If the light is strong, appropriate shade is needed, and attention should also be paid to cooling down.

2. Lack of water

Green radish prefers a humid environment. If it does not get enough water during its growth process, its leaves will turn yellow and dry. In this case, it is necessary to water in time to keep the soil moist. Especially in the summer when the temperature is high, you need to water it 1-2 times a day. In addition, you should also spray water appropriately to increase the air humidity.

3. Lack of nutrients

The growth of green radish requires proper nutrients. If the nutrients are insufficient, the plant will grow poorly, resulting in yellowing leaves. During the growth period of the plant, liquid fertilizer can be applied once every 15 days. After winter, the temperature is too low and the plants stop growing, so fertilizing should be stopped. You can spray foliar fertilizer on the leaves so that the stomata on the leaves absorb nutrients.

4. The temperature is too low

The green radish originally grows in warm places. Too low temperature is not conducive to its growth. If it is frostbitten, it is likely to cause its leaves to turn yellow. The winter temperature must be kept above 10℃, at least 20℃, for the plants to grow normally. But avoid large temperature differences, otherwise it will affect its development, and don't let it get close to heating equipment.
