Causes and treatments of yellow leaves of ground plants

Causes and treatments of yellow leaves of ground plants

1. The temperature is too low

1. Reason: Floating plants are not cold-resistant. If they are kept in a low temperature environment for a long time, the plants are prone to frost damage, which can easily lead to yellow leaves.

2. Treatment method: The plant needs to be moved to a warm place. During the day, you can move it to a place with sufficient light and bask in the sun. The temperature should always be kept at around 20℃ for maintenance.

2. Too much watering

1. Reason: Radiata is relatively drought-resistant. Frequent watering will cause waterlogging in the pot soil. The roots of the plant cannot breathe normally and the root system is damaged, resulting in yellow leaves.

2. Treatment method: First, you need to stop watering immediately, loosen the soil, place it in a well-ventilated place for a period of time, and then water it normally after it recovers.

3. Unsuitable soil

1. Reason: The radish plants grow in hard, impermeable soil. Water cannot penetrate into the soil, causing most of the roots to be unable to absorb water and nutrients. The leaves begin to slowly turn yellow due to loss of water.

2. Treatment method: It is necessary to change the soil for it and transplant it into loose, permeable sandy soil. Loosen the soil occasionally to be more conducive to the growth of the root system.

4. Insufficient light

1. Reason: If the plant is placed in a place with insufficient light for a long time, it cannot carry out normal photosynthesis and the leaves will gradually turn yellow.

2. Treatment method: It needs to be moved to a sunny and well-ventilated place for maintenance. When the midday light is strong, appropriate shade is needed.
