1. Cut off

Whether to cut it off depends on the specific situation. Both methods are acceptable. For some plants that may die after flowering, pruning them is the best treatment method. 2. Don’t cut it off

If you want to appreciate its flowers, you don't need to cut them off. You can keep them to appreciate some of the more beautiful flowers. This is for varieties that are not easy to die after flowering.
