How to care for pepperwood

How to care for pepperwood

1. Ensure lighting

It likes light very much and can be placed there to be exposed to sunlight every day, which is beneficial to its later growth, but it cannot be exposed to the sun for a long time. It can be placed indoors or on a balcony with better light. It has a certain adaptability to light, and it will not have much impact if placed in a place without sunlight for a few days, but it cannot be placed for a long time.

2. Proper watering

There is no need to apply water too frequently. Generally, an interval of 3-5 days is most appropriate. Each time you apply water, you need to water it thoroughly and soak it to the bottom, but not too much, and the frequency should not be too high, otherwise it will easily cause root rot. The demand for water is significantly reduced in winter, so the frequency of watering can be extended.

3. Apply fertilizer appropriately

Plants cannot grow without nutrients. During the growing season, dilute nutrients should be applied every half a month to maintain normal growth. Attention should be paid to the concentration. If it is too high, it will have a certain impact on the plant's root system.

4. Suitable temperature

The optimal temperature is 20-30 degrees Celsius. The high temperature in summer is not conducive to growth. The heat can be dissipated by sprinkling water around. As long as the temperature in winter is below 10 degrees Celsius, growth will stagnate.
