How to grow asparagus fern in water to make it more luxuriant, and how often should you change the water?

1. Change water in time

If you want the water-grown asparagus fern to grow more luxuriantly, you need to change the water every 3-5 days to ensure that the water in the water container is clean enough. If the water becomes turbid and is not replaced in time, it will directly affect the growth of the plant's roots. When the temperature rises, not only should you change the water more often, but you should also spray water appropriately to ensure a high enough humidity.

2. Avoid strong light

Whether it is grown in water or soil, it must be avoided from direct sunlight. Especially for water-grown plants, the water in the container will become hot after being exposed to the sun, and the roots of the plant can easily be burned. Normally, it can grow better if you place it in a place with scattered light.

3. Clean the container

The cleanliness of the water container will directly affect the growth of the plant. If the container is dirty, it will infect the root system, not only will the growth be poor, but the roots will also be prone to rot. Therefore, when changing the water, you need to clean the container and try not to have any dirt.

4. Add nutrient solution

If the plant wants to grow more luxuriantly, it must have nutrients, so it is necessary to add nutrient solution to it. The nutrient solution used can be purchased in the flower market, and the concentration should not be too high, just add a few drops each time. In addition, do not add nutrient solution before the plant has taken root.
