How to grow the succulent plant Zichi Nianhua

The growth ability of the Zi Chi Nian Hua is very strong. Its leaves are usually light green, but sometimes, under suitable conditions, the leaves will also glow red, blue or light yellow, and it is easy to bloom out of the pot, so it is very ornamental.

Cultivation of succulent plants

1. Soil: If you want the Zi Chi Nian Hua to grow faster, it needs to be planted in loose, fertile soil with good air permeability and drainage. Usually, peat soil, perlite, etc. can be added to the potting soil to increase its air permeability.

2. Fertilizer: The succulent plant Zi Chi Nian Hua can be fed with succulent nutrient solution once every 20 days and slow-release fertilizer once a month and a half. If you have decomposed organic fertilizer at home, you can bury some in the soil of the Zi Chi Nian Hua. It will make the roots of the Zi Chi Nian Hua exceptionally strong and greatly increase its growth rate.

3. Watering: Although the Zi Chi Nian Hua has a certain degree of drought resistance, it still needs sufficient water during the growth period. Generally, it needs to be watered thoroughly after the soil is completely dry to reduce the vacuum period of soil drying, so that it can bloom faster.

4. Sunlight: Zi Chi Nian Hua can be safely exposed to the sun all year round. Even in the hot summer, Zi Chi Nian Hua will not go into a dormant state. If you are really worried, you can block the strong sunlight at noon. The more sunlight the better at other times.

Precautions for maintenance of Zi Chi Nian Hua

The succulent plant Zicannianhua is suitable for growing in an environment of 10-20℃. The temperature is high in summer, so to avoid exposure to the sun, it can be placed in a cool place.
