How to grow rose spider plants in winter so that they can grow vigorously (how to grow peony spider plants in winter)

Rose spider plant is also known as peony spider plant. Because its flowers are beautiful and can be grown into a hanging waterfall shape, it is loved by many flower lovers.

The winter care and management of Chlorophytum comosum is actually the same as that of many flowers. It needs to take certain measures in terms of temperature, light, watering and fertilization to safely survive the winter. Here is a brief introduction for you.

First, temperature

The first thing to pay attention to in the winter care and management of rose spider plant is to keep it warm. The suitable temperature for rose spider plant is between 15 and 25 degrees, so it should be moved indoors in winter. It will be frozen below zero degrees.

Therefore, you must pay attention to temperature control to safely spend the winter. Many flowers will be frozen and killed in winter due to the drop in temperature, and rose spider plants also need a warm environment.

Second, illumination

Rose spider plant likes sufficient light to grow strong. In winter, due to the short daytime, the light time can be appropriately increased to give it sufficient light to grow rose spider plant well.

It is okay to sunbathe all day long. The light is not strong in winter and you won’t get hurt by the sun, so try to sunbathe as much as possible.

Third, watering

When growing rose spider plants in winter, watering should be reduced appropriately. Do not water until the soil is completely dry. Water thoroughly each time you water, and reduce the total number of waterings to prevent the soil from freezing and hardening, which will damage the roots of the rose spider plants and cause them to be frozen, damaged, or killed.

In winter, water the rose spider plant at noon, and let the water dry for a while until it is close to the soil temperature before watering.

Fourth, fertilization

It is recommended not to apply fertilizer. Its growth is in a dormant state in winter and it is not suitable for fertilization. It is good enough if it can survive and no fertilizer is needed.
