How long does it take for Roselle to bloom and bear fruit?

Roselle usually blooms after about 6 months of planting . After it grows, it is almost stalkless, with only 8-12 small bracts, which are red in color and have stiff hairs on the surface. The calyx is lavender and cup-shaped, and also has coarse hairs. It should be noted during the planting process that it is a short-day plant.
