Fruit radish growth cycle

The growth cycle of carrots is about two years. Its growth period is divided into two periods: the vegetative growth period and the reproductive growth period. The vegetative growth period can be divided into four small periods, namely the germination period, the seedling period, the leaf growth period and the fleshy root growth period. The reproductive growth period goes through the stage of low temperature in winter and warming in spring, and it will bolt, bloom and bear fruit in the summer of the second year.

1. Sowing

When sowing fruit radish seeds, you need to place the full seeds in loose soil, leaving 1-2 seeds in each hole, then cover the radish seeds with fine soil, and then wet the soil surface to provide a moist growing environment for the radish seeds.

2. Add water and apply fertilizer

In the process of caring for fruit radish, it is necessary to water it every 3-5 days to keep the soil moist. During the period of taproot growth, additional fertilizer is also needed. At the same time, the leaves need to be sprayed with biological fertilizer to promote the growth of plant leaves and roots.
