How to reproduce green algae balls? Reproduction method and time

How to reproduce green algae balls

Green algae balls will not bloom and bear fruit. They mainly reproduce through cell division. In a suitable growth environment, the green algae balls will undergo cell division and then grow slowly. When the green algae balls grow large enough, they will also divide due to the load-bearing factors inside, and more green algae balls will sprout. This is quite common.

How to breed green algae balls

1. Change water

The water of the green algae ball usually needs to be changed once a week. Tap water can be used, but the chlorine in it must be evaporated first. In terms of water temperature, it is best to be below 25 degrees Celsius, because the lower the temperature, the more helpful it is for its growth.

2. Environment

If the green algae ball is round in shape and very emerald green in color, then it is very healthy. If the color is darker and withered, it means that the maintenance method is incorrect and its life is coming to an end. When cleaning it, you can gently press its belly to let it release the dirty water in its body.

3. Temperature

If the temperature is relatively high, it is recommended to put the green algae ball in the refrigerator, or put some ice in the water where it lives, so that it can grow in the environment it likes. Only then can it thrive happily. Do not keep it together with fish and shrimp, which will affect its growth.
