How to grow jade pendant succulent plants

The Jade Pendant Succulent is a plant of the Crassulaceae family, the genus Crassulaceae. It likes a warm, dry environment with plenty of sunlight and good ventilation. It will hibernate if the temperature is too high in summer and avoid cold and excessive humidity. The Jade Pendant Succulent grows very fast and it won’t take long for it to bloom out of the pot.

1. Increase sunlight

The jade pendant succulent likes light, and can only carry out photosynthesis under sufficient light to promote the growth and development of the succulent. It can be placed in a bright and ventilated place at ordinary times. However, when the light is strong in summer, it needs to be shaded to prevent the succulent jade pendant from being sunburned.

2. Apply fertilizer in time

If you want the Jade Pendant Succulent to bloom, you must provide sufficient nutrients. In the peak growth season of spring and autumn, you need to apply fertilizer in time. Fertilizer can be applied every half a month, and nitrogen fertilizer should be applied in an appropriate amount to promote the growth of branches and leaves of the Jade Pendant Succulent. The fertilizer can be diluted, and the concentration should not be too high to avoid root burn.

3. Temperature control

Jade Pendant Succulent likes to grow in a constant temperature. In winter, warming protection should be done, and the temperature should be above 10 degrees to avoid frostbite. In summer, cooling measures should be taken and the temperature should be controlled below 32 degrees. If the temperature is too high, the leaves will be burned and will wilt.

4. Control watering

The Jade Pendant succulent is not tolerant to waterlogging and prefers a dry growing environment. During the spring and autumn growing seasons, it can be watered thoroughly once a month. In the summer when the temperature is higher, it can be watered thoroughly every half a month. The frequency of watering can be appropriately increased to keep the environment ventilated and speed up water evaporation.

Precautions for caring for jade pendant succulents

Note that when watering the Jade Pendant Succulent, you must not sprinkle water directly on the leaves, otherwise it will leave sun spots on the leaves and affect the appearance. You should water slowly around the edge of the flowerpot to allow the water to slowly seep into the soil.
