What are the cultivation methods and precautions of Molan?

Growth habits of Molan

Mo Lan prefers a warm and humid growing environment. It has weak cold resistance. If it is planted in central China, it needs to be moved indoors in winter. It generally grows in slightly acidic soil rich in humus and grows more luxuriantly in semi-shade.

Method of cultivating black orchid

1. Potting soil: Mo Lan does not have high requirements for soil. Generally, loose, fertile, well-drained slightly acidic soil is chosen. Humus soil under the forest in its place of origin can be used for planting.

2. Light: Mo Lan prefers a semi-shaded growing environment. In winter, the light is relatively weak. The spring sunlight is relatively mild, which is suitable for the growth and development of Mo Lan. Appropriate shade is needed in summer and autumn.

3. Temperature: For Mo Lan, the most suitable growth temperature is between 20-28 degrees. During the growth period, if the temperature is lower than 20 degrees, it will cause its growth to be slow, but if it is higher than 30 degrees, it will enter a dormant period.

Precautions for the maintenance of Molan

1. When caring for Mo Lan, you need to be careful to avoid too much sunlight, otherwise it will cause sunburn and affect the growth and development of the leaves.

2. During the maintenance of Mo Lan, you must also pay attention to the water environment. During the growth period, you need to replenish water in time to keep the soil moist, but also avoid water accumulation.
