White sweet potatoes can be sown in spring from April to June. They are suitable for planting in sandy loam with deep soil, good drainage and rich in organic matter. The plowing depth is generally 20 cm. 2500 kg to 5000 kg of manure, 100 kg to 110 kg of wood ash and 24 kg to 30 kg of superphosphate are applied per mu. Its seeds are hard, and dry seeds germinate slowly, so they are often sown with accelerated germination.

2. Watering : White sweet potatoes are very drought-resistant and do not need watering in normal years. If there is a severe drought, you can water them slightly. If there is no severe drought in the middle and late stages, watering is generally not needed.

3. Chemical weeding : White sweet potatoes are more sensitive to herbicides, so you need to buy special herbicides. The pre-emergence herbicides currently used are: "Jinduer", "Dipropamide", "Grass Biwi (special for white sweet potatoes), etc. If the surface is too dry, increase the amount of water after weeding.
