1. Breeding methods

1. Flower soil: When raising a flower, you should try to use a thicker and more breathable flower soil. Specifically, you can mix peat soil, perlite and pumice in a ratio of 1:1:1 and use it as flower soil.

2. Light: Its growth requires sufficient sunlight support, and it should be given full sun as much as possible during the growing period. But in summer, you need to shade it from the sun, otherwise it may get sunburned.

3. Temperature: Usually try to maintain it between 20-25℃. In winter, the temperature should be kept above 5℃.

4. Water: Water the plant in moderation during maintenance. Don’t water it too much, otherwise it will be waterlogged. In addition, water should be poured into the soil, not on the leaves, to avoid water stains.

It has two main propagation methods: sowing and division. It is recommended to use the division method in the home because its cycle is relatively short and the survival rate is not low. The operation method is also very simple. Prepare some new soil, then cut off the young plants with roots growing on the old plants and plant them in the soil.

3. Disease and pest prevention

1. Disease: As long as you don’t water it too much, it generally won’t get sick.

2. Pests: mainly root mealybugs. If found, it is best to cut off a small amount of new plants on the plant, replant them, and throw away the old plants. Because this pest is so small and unnoticeable, it is difficult to eradicate.
