How long should wolfberry be soaked and how should it be eaten for best results?

1. How long to soak

You don’t need to soak wolfberries in water for too long. If you use 80-degree water, you only need to soak it for about 10 minutes and then you can drink it. It is best to change the water used to make soaks once a day, and the amount used each time should not be too much, about 10-30 grams will be enough. Also, it is recommended to eat it. If you don't eat it and only drink the soaked water, then its effect will be relatively small and negligible. The soaked water can be drunk for a whole day and can be eaten in the morning or evening.

2. How to eat for best effect

1. Stir-frying and making porridge: It contains many trace elements and vitamins and has high nutritional value. Many people use it to soak in water and drink, but many of the vitamins it contains are water-soluble and are easily destroyed by heat. It is recommended to add a little as an ingredient when cooking or making porridge, which will have a better effect.

2. Chew directly: When eating, you can wash it and put it directly in your mouth to chew. This way, the nutrients contained in it can be better absorbed and can play a greater role. But be careful to chew in small amounts, otherwise you will over-nourish yourself.

3. Making soy milk: You can put a small handful of soy milk when making soy milk in daily life, which can also evaporate the nutrients contained in it and be absorbed by the human body.

3. Notes

Although it has high nutritional value, there are many ways to eat it. But be careful not to overdose no matter which method you use, otherwise you will easily get angry and have nosebleeds, which is not good for your health.
