How to grow a money tree

1. Water appropriately

If you want to grow the money plant well, you must control the amount of watering. It should not be too dry nor have water accumulation. The temperature will gradually rise in summer, and the amount of watering can be increased appropriately to avoid water shortage due to excessive evaporation. You can also spray water on the leaves appropriately according to the growth of the plant to increase the humidity of the air.

2. Reasonable fertilization

The money tree is a plant that likes fertilizer. During its growth period, it needs to be fertilized once every half a month. The fertilizer can be mainly phosphorus and potassium fertilizers. However, if you grow it indoors, you only need to fertilize it once in the spring.

3. Appropriate lighting

The prerequisite for growing a money tree well is to allow it to receive sufficient light. It should usually be placed in a sunny place, but it cannot be exposed to direct strong light. When exposed to the sun, try to let the leaves of the plant face the sun, so that the leaves will grow very stretched and will not appear twisted.

4. Suitable temperature

The money tree likes a warm growing environment, and the temperature of the maintenance environment cannot be too low. It is best to give it a growing environment of 18-30℃. If the temperature is below 10℃, you must keep it warm or place it in a warm room to prevent the leaves from turning yellow.
