How to fertilize the money tree

How to fertilize the money tree

1. Fertilization principles

The money tree should be fertilized during the growing season, with some top dressing. When applying top dressing, you can use dilute liquid fertilizer or slow-release granular fertilizer. At this time, the principle of applying fertilizer should be followed, and concentrated fertilizer should be avoided. If topdressing is to be applied, it is appropriate to apply small amounts multiple times each time to supplement its fertilizer needs.

2. Repotting and fertilizing

After growing the money tree for two or three years, it is best to update the soil in its pot. When renewing, you can put some slow-release compound fertilizer, or farmyard manure, or organic fertilizer at the bottom of the flowerpot so that the nutrients in the potting soil can meet its normal growth.
