How to grow red makeup succulent

How to grow red makeup succulent

1. Breeding environment

1. Watering: When cultivating red makeup succulents, you need to water them in time in spring and autumn. In summer, when the temperature is high, you need to control the amount of watering. When watering, do not water the leaves and leaf centers, as the leaves may rot.

2. Light: Give it sufficient light. The summer sun is too strong, so provide appropriate shade. The light is relatively weak in autumn and winter, so it needs full-day sunlight. The outdoor temperature is lower in winter, so it is best to grow it on an indoor balcony.

3. Temperature: Provide a growing environment of 15-28℃ for the Red Makeup Succulent. The temperature in winter should not be too low, and the minimum should not be lower than 5℃. If the temperature is too low it will grow slowly.

2. Breeding Methods

Leaf cutting method: Using strong leaves for cuttings will have a higher survival rate. Pick the leaves off and dry them. If you use them for cuttings directly, they may rot. After drying, lay it flat on suitable soil. Just be patient and it will take root.
