What kind of soil is good for growing peace trees?

What kind of soil is good for growing peace trees?

1. What kind of soil should be used

1. When choosing soil, you should use very fertile soil with excellent drainage and a lot of humus. It is best to use acidic soil with a lot of particles, so that it will be loose and soft. Some soils contain more powder and should not be chosen because they will become compacted over time.

2. It doesn’t have too many requirements for flower pots, as long as the size of the pot can satisfy it and there is enough space for it to grow. But it is best not to choose a very light plastic basin, as it will crack easily.

2. Loosen the soil and replace the new pot

1. Generally, a larger pot is used to plant this kind of tree. Because the tree is relatively large, the soil should be loosened once a month so that the soil can always remain loose. When loosening the soil, be careful to use tools so as not to damage its roots.

2. If it is a relatively small tree, you can change its pot once a year. If it is a relatively large tree, generally change its pot once every two or three years. When you change its pot, you don't need to replace all of its soil. Just one third is enough, and then cut off the bad roots so that it can continue to grow safely.

3. Add fertilizer

1. It prefers fertilizer. During its growing season, it should be fed with compound fertilizer once a month. If the air gets cold in autumn, it should be fed with fertilizers such as phosphorus and potassium to enhance its ability to resist the cold.

2. You should stop fertilizing it in winter. If the leaves turn yellow and fall off when you are adding fertilizer, it means that the method of fertilizing is incorrect and the roots are damaged. You should immediately replace it with a new pot and deal with it.
