How to grow rose seedlings quickly

How to grow rose seedlings quickly

1. Flower pots need to be particular

If you want its seedlings to grow quickly, you must pay attention to them from the moment they are planted in the pot. Many people do not prepare pots after buying seedlings, and directly use the utensils that are sent to them. This is not good for their growth. For them, the best pot is an earthen pot, followed by a plastic pot, and the worst is a ceramic pot.

2. The soil should be well matched

If the owner is very experienced, he doesn't need to worry too much about the quality of the pot. As long as there is good soil, the seedlings will definitely grow quickly. The soil must be loose enough to facilitate ventilation. If the soil is compacted or has poor water-permeating effect, then this kind of soil cannot be used. Soil that is too fertile is not good for it either, because its roots will inevitably be damaged during transportation, so it is best not to use too fertile soil in the early stage.

3. Plant the seedlings shallowly

When planting the seedlings in the pot, be careful not to plant them too deep, as this will make it inconvenient for them to grow roots. It is best to plant them shallowly so that the roots can breathe more easily and will not be suffocated. If you don't pay enough attention, they will often be suffocated.

4. Water thoroughly

After planting, water it thoroughly all at once, to the point where water leaks out from the bottom of the pot. In the early stage of its maintenance, do not expose it to too much sunlight. During the hot summer, you only need to let it see the sun in the morning and evening. It is best not to fertilize it in the early stage. Wait until it recovers and its roots become stronger before fertilizing it. This will be more secure and it will grow faster.
