How to plant tricolor bindweed

Planting method

Sowing time: It can be done between early spring and early summer.

Seed selection: The grains should be full and complete, and it is best to choose seeds that are relatively young, so as to avoid affecting the probability of germination due to too long a time.

Soil selection: Try to choose soil with sufficient nutrients. First, it is beneficial to the growth of plants. Second, it can increase the color of flowers and prolong the flowering period.

Planting steps: First, let the seeds germinate. You can put the seeds in a seedling tray and cover them with a thin layer of soil. Control the temperature between 18 and 25 degrees. Then maintain a relatively humid environment. You can wrap it all with plastic wrap to maintain the moisture of the soil and the humidity of the environment, but be careful not to allow water to accumulate.

It will germinate in about 7 to 15 days, at which time you can remove the film and place it in a brighter environment for maintenance.

When the small buds have grown 3 to 5 leaves, they can be transplanted.

It will bloom after about 2 to 3 months. One month before flowering, you can fertilize once every half a month, which is beneficial to the growth of the plant during the flowering period and can also make the flowers bright in color.

Precautions

The small buds of this plant are difficult to transplant, so when planting, you can choose to sow them directly in pots to save the trouble of transplanting.
