How to adapt Jade Plant to the pot?

How to acclimate Jade Dew

Step 1:

The editor purchased Jade Dew online. After many days of express delivery, it finally arrived in the editor's hands. When you get the plant, don't rush to plant it in the soil. First, repair the roots, and then place it in a well-ventilated and shady place to dry naturally. Let me explain why we do this.

Reason 1: During the few days when the plants are mailed, the roots may lack water and dry up. In this case, all the roots must be cut off and carbendazim can be applied to the trimmed areas.

Reason 2: The succulents purchased online are mailed without the pots, which can easily cause damage to the roots of the plants. If they are not placed in a well-ventilated, shady place to dry naturally, it will be difficult for the root wounds to heal. If they are planted in pots before the wounds have healed, the plants will rot.

Step 2:

After drying, the succulents can be planted directly into the soil. I use dry soil. You can water them after planting, but you should water them slowly along the edge of the pot. You can water them less for the first time. After about a week, you can water them normally.

Note:

When choosing a place to place the jade plant, you should pick a spot where the sun cannot shine in directly, or you can place it in a shaded spot. In this way, the jade plant can be acclimatized after a month of quiet care.
