How to reproduce cherry

Seed propagation of cherry

Any kind of plant cannot be separated from seed reproduction. As long as it is a plant, it will produce seeds, and seeds are the foundation for its reproduction. The seed propagation method of hairy cherry is the simplest method, but the growth cycle is generally long, and it takes a long time to bloom and bear fruit. The specific method of seed propagation is as follows. The first thing to do is to collect the fruits of the hairy cherry. After removing the pulp, wash the seeds and dry them for storage. When you want to plant them, you can plant them. Just sow the seeds directly, water them enough, and wait for them to germinate and grow.

Cutting propagation method of cherry

Cutting propagation can be said to be the simplest and quickest planting method. Before cutting, the first thing we have to do is to choose or prepare the soil ourselves. Of course, the requirements for the soil are loose and breathable. It can be dug directly from the ground, or some humus can be added on its basis. The soil is best sterilized and disinfected. The treated soil can be directly used for cuttings. Let's talk about the selection of cuttings. The cuttings should be selected from strong mother branches, generally five to eight centimeters long. However, it should be noted that three to five tender buds should be retained on each cutting. Only in this way can the survival rate of hairy cherry be guaranteed. Finally, insert the cuttings into the soil, about one-third to two-thirds of the cuttings, not too much and of course not too little.
