Who says cuttings are difficult? I wrapped a layer of soil around the branches, and countless large white roots grew out!

High altitude layering

1. Choose relatively sturdy, woody branches. Select a part of the branch with a width of about 1 cm.

2. Use a knife to peel off all the outer skin of the selected part, leaving only the woody stem inside.

3. Clean the incision and then disinfect it with carbendazim.

4. Prepare plastic wrap, plastic bags, etc.

5. Wrap the peeled part with moist soil, then tie the bottom tightly with a plastic bag to prevent the soil from being exposed. The top can be loose to make it easier to water it.

You can also tie them all tightly and then inject water into them with a syringe.

6. Keep the soil moist. It will take about a month for the roots to grow, and there will be quite a few roots.

7. After the roots grow vigorously, you can cut them off and plant them in pots!

High altitude layering method 2

1. Choose healthy branches, ring them 1cm, clean them and disinfect them.

2. Prepare a disposable cup and poke a hole in the bottom.

3. Use scissors to cut the cup from one side.

4. Put a cup on the branch and use tape to seal the cut parts.

5. The cup is stuck on one of the forks.

6. Just fill the cup with soil.

Please note, if you are outdoors, you need to secure it with plastic bags, ropes or something like that. If you are indoors, this is enough!

7. Keep the soil moist and it will take about a month to take root.

Horizontal layering

1. Choose branches that are already woody but relatively soft.

2. Select the part that is to be pressed into the soil, with a width of about 1 cm, peel it with a knife, clean it, and then disinfect it!

3. Press the peeled part into the soil! Then press a stone on the soil, otherwise the branches will slowly bounce back!

4. Water frequently and keep moist.

When layering is first done, the branches and leaves on the branches will stop growing, and only after a period of time will buds and leaves begin to grow. This means it has taken root.

After the roots have grown, you can cut it off after ten days or half a month, and it will become a new seedling.

5. If you dislike the seedlings being crooked, you can remove the soil and put them back in the pot. Be careful not to damage the roots when removing the soil!

6. After a while, it will grow healthily!

Hey, isn’t the method super simple?

And because of the blessing of the mother plant,

It’s hard not to succeed!
