The lotus photos taken by a foreigner amazed the whole of China!

"Since the Tang Dynasty, everyone loves peonies, but I only love lotus..."

When Zhou Dunyi wrote this poem on the love of lotus

He must not have thought of it

Hundreds of years later in another land

There is a person who loves lotus as deeply as he does.  

Baman Farzad, 72 years old,

Not a professional photographer

Taking photos is just his hobby.

But this is a fan

It took him 41 years

Photographed countless intoxicating lotus flowers

The lotus in his lens

Each one is like a gouache painting

Soft as brocade, quiet as water

Makes you feel like you are in a fairyland

Let’s enjoy it quietly with Huahua.
