4 ways to germinate aloe queen seeds

Aloe Queen Refrigerator Storage Germination

Place the self-pollinated Aloe Queen seeds in the refrigerator for about a month (not in the freezer!), then take out the seeds and plant them on the surface of the concrete in the pot. Do not cover them with other soil, and finally soak the potting soil.

Aloe Queen Pot Soil Heating Germination

Sow the seeds of Aloe Queen on pure sand and gravel, and cover the surface with a thin layer of fine sand. Then soak the potting soil. During the seedling raising process, heat the pot to provide the heat required for the seeds to germinate, but be careful not to overheat.

Generally, you will see germination in about 21 days. If there is still no progress, you should be prepared to wait for a year.

Aloe Queen sandpaper grinding germination

Use sandpaper to carefully remove the outer skin of the seeds, just a thin layer. Then find a small glass box, put paper towels or cotton pads on the bottom of the box, soak the paper towels with water but do not allow water to accumulate, then place the seeds on the paper towels or cotton pads, cover the top of the box with a layer of plastic wrap, poke a few small holes, and observe whether there is enough moisture every day.

Aloe Queen potting soil preparation and germination

Mix perlite and peat in a ratio of 1:2 in a culture pot, cover it with a layer of small-grained gravel, sow the seeds on the gravel, cover the top of the pot with newspaper and place the culture pot in an environment of about 20℃. It will germinate in about 6 weeks.
