How to grow snapdragon on the balcony and what to pay attention to

1. Adequate sunlight

The growth and maintenance of snapdragon cannot be separated from sunlight. It is best to place it in a place with good lighting outdoors. If you grow it at home, you can place it on the balcony. This location has sufficient light and is very suitable for growth. You can give it full light during the time when the light is not strong. However, please note that although it likes light, it cannot tolerate high temperatures. It needs shade in the summer to lower the temperature and cannot be exposed to the scorching sun. Also, be careful not to expose it to strong light immediately after sowing and planting. It should be allowed to grow slowly before being placed on the balcony.

2. Temperature requirements

It likes to grow in a cool environment and grows well within the range of 15-18℃, which can promote better growth. When the temperature is very high in summer, in addition to providing shade to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, you also need to spray water around to lower the temperature during growth through evaporation.

3. Apply moisture

It has a high demand for water, and reasonable application of water is required to ensure its growth needs. Although it requires a lot of water, do not give it too much water to avoid water accumulation.

4. Apply fertilizer

During the rapid growth stage, fertilizer should be applied every 10-15 days. The concentration should be lighter and concentrated fertilizer should not be applied.
