1. Containing method

2. Method of taking with water

3. Stew Method

This method of eating is best eaten before breakfast. Take out about 2-5g of American ginseng slices, put them in a bowl and soak them in water. Then seal the bowl and steam it in a pot for half an hour. Take it out and wait for a while before eating. If you like wolfberry, you can add some appropriately.

4. Stewed Chicken

Put the American ginseng slices and chopped chicken into the pot and add appropriate amount of water to cover the chicken. Also add an appropriate amount of salt according to your taste, cook it and you can eat it.
