What soil should be used to plant bougainvillea?

1. Soil requirements

Bougainvillea has a strong growth ability, so its soil requirements are not very high. However, it is very afraid of waterlogging, so the soil used for planting must be loose and breathable enough, and it is forbidden to use soil that is too sticky. It also needs good drainage to prevent water accumulation and root rot. Finally, the soil used must be clean and free of bacteria and insect eggs, otherwise the later growth of the plant will be seriously hindered. 2. Soil Preparation

When raising fish at home, you can mix humus, garden soil and sand in a ratio of 2:2:1. If there is pond mud, you can also dry it and add some in. Or you can mix peat soil and garden soil together. The combination of these two substrates can make the soil more breathable. It is best to add some granular soil in it.
