How to raise succulent plants

1. Lighting

The growth of the Master plant prefers a dry, cool and sunny environment. Therefore, when caring for it, it should be placed in a place with sufficient direct light. Except for the noon in the hot summer, when the sunlight needs to be properly blocked, it can be cultivated in a full-light environment in other seasons.

2. Soil

The soil required for growing magpie is loose and well-drained. When caring for it, you can use garden soil, add slag, or mix peat and perlite to meet its growth needs.

3. Fertilization

The succulent plant does not have particularly high requirements for fertilizer. The soil does not need to be very fertile, and it can grow well without frequent fertilization.

4. Watering

Its root system is relatively slender and its body is relatively large, so it requires slightly more water than ordinary succulents. When watering, water when the soil is dry, and then water thoroughly when the soil is completely dry. When the temperature drops in winter, water control must be done to prevent root rot.

5. Temperature

The Master Plant can survive the winter at temperatures around zero degrees, but its leaves will wilt when the temperature drops below minus three degrees. If the low temperature time is short, it will recover as soon as the temperature returns to normal. If the plant remains at low temperatures for a long time, the leaves will completely wither.

6. Repotting


During the maintenance process of the Master Plant, it is generally necessary to replace its pot once every one to two years and completely change the soil to meet its needs.
