Cultivation methods and precautions for water-grown gardenia

Cultivation methods and precautions for water-grown gardenia

1. Breeding methods

1. Light: Gardenia prefers light and can grow without light, but the flowers will not look good. It is better to leave it under the light for a while, so that the flowers will look better.

2. Leaf cutting: During the cultivation process, you should regularly cut the branches and leaves, which can help it grow new branches better.

3. Water quality: It is best to use purified water that has been exposed to the sun. You can add some fertilizer to it, but don’t add it randomly. This kind of water is beneficial to the growth of plants.

4. Fertilization: Flowers without fertilizers are definitely not as good as those with fertilizers. You can add compound fertilizers and liquid fertilizers to the water, 3-5 grains are enough, and the liquid fertilizer is about 1:1000.

2. Precautions

1. The temperature must not drop to 0℃, because the culture solution at 0℃ will freeze, thus affecting the plants.

2. When the air humidity is not enough, spray water next to the plants, otherwise it will easily cause the plants to shed leaves.
