How to identify white azalea

1. Blades

The leaves of the white azalea are elliptical, or long elliptical to oblong elliptical, with a length of about 3.5-6.5cm and a width of about 1.5-3.5cm. The tip is relatively blunt, or acute or rarely pointed, the base is wedge-shaped or broad wedge-shaped or broad wedge-shaped, and both the upper and lower surfaces are hairless. The petiole is not very long, or there is no petiole, and its length is about 5-15 mm.

2. Flowers

The flower diameter of the white azalea is about 2.3-3.5cm, the calyx tube is shallow bell-shaped and hairless on the surface. The sepals are broadly triangular, about 2 mm long, with an acute or blunt tip, and their edges have relatively sharp serrations and are yellow-green in color. The petals are obovate, about 1.5 cm long, white in color, and have short claws at the base.
