1. Leaf Difference

The leaves of Artemisia argyi are obovate or oblong, about 2 to 6 cm long and 1 to 2.5 cm wide. The surface of the leaves is green and the back is light green. They are bipinnately divided, with 3 to 8 pairs of side fissures, and the lobes are lanceolate, linear or oblique triangular.

The leaves of Chrysanthemum are oblong or oblong-obovate, 8 to 10 cm long, without petioles, and have bipinnate division, with 4 to 10 pairs of lateral lobes, which are ovate or linear, and the upper leaves are small.

2. Flower Differences

The flowers of Artemisia stalks are in the form of capitula, and there are usually 2 to 8 capitula growing at the top of the stems and branches, with pedicels. The capitula will gather to form an inconspicuous umbel, and sometimes the capitula will grow alone at the top of the stem. The flowers are yellow, with inflorescences 0.6 to 1 cm in diameter.

The flowers of Chrysanthemum are in capitulate inflorescences, which are solitary at the top of the stem or a few grow at the top of the stems and branches, forming an inconspicuous umbel. The pedicels are 15 to 20 cm long and the flowers are yellow.
