How to raise Longsha Gem

How to raise Longsha Gem

1. About the environment of Longsha Gemstone:

Longsha likes to take root, so if it is grown as a seedling, a flowerpot deep enough is needed to facilitate the growth of its roots and absorb nutrients. Moreover, the size of the flowerpot should be changed with the growth of the seedling, becoming larger and deeper. If the flowerpot is not deep enough, it will greatly affect the normal growth of the seedlings and the development of flower buds. Longsha likes sunlight and should be placed in a sunny place or outdoors to receive sunlight. The longer the Lonza is exposed to sunlight, the faster it grows. Longsha must have sufficient water during its growth period, but watering can be reduced during its winter dormancy period. Lonza also likes loose and fertile soil, preferably one that is breathable, can retain moisture, and can stabilize fertilizer.

2. About the fertilization of Longsha Gemstone:

Generally, flowering plants consume a lot of nutrients, so sufficient base fertilizer should be applied when planting, and top dressing can be done regularly during the growth period. When they enter dormancy after winter, base fertilizer can be buried once, and then no fertilizer is needed during the entire dormant period.

3. About maintenance and management:

1. Choice of venue. Rosa Gem likes sunlight, so it should be placed outside a sunny room. Remember not to place it in a room with half sunlight and half no sunlight or full shade with no sunlight, as this will affect the growth of Rosa Gem.

2. Watering and moisturizing. When not in dormancy, Longsha Gem needs a lot of water to ensure the needs during the growth period, so a lot of water can be applied in the three seasons of spring, summer and autumn. You can reduce the frequency of watering in winter.

3. Shaping and pruning. When the weather turns cold in late autumn and enters winter, the leaves of the Rosa rugosa will gradually fall and enter a dormant period. After the leaves fall, the branches of the Rosa rugosa are exposed, which is the best time for shaping and pruning. Cut off the thin branches, weak branches, and diseased branches, leaving the healthy main branches and old branches, and then remove the top of the main flower branches to promote the growth and flowering of the side branches.
