The breeding methods and precautions of willow croaker

humidity

Not every plant is suitable for a humid environment. This kind of flower prefers dryness. If you choose to plant it outdoors and encounter rainy weather, it is easy to be attacked by pathogens, so you must pay attention to this aspect. They are most afraid of rain, especially at night. If there are no conditions to shelter from the rain, good drainage should be done to avoid the occurrence of symptoms as much as possible.

temperature

This plant prefers a cooler environment and especially dislikes extremely hot temperatures. The most preferred temperature condition is 15-25℃. It will die when it reaches over 30℃, so you must avoid summer when sowing and can choose autumn. By winter, they have a stronger ability to adapt and can safely survive the coldest season as long as they are not affected by frost.

illumination

During the period from late autumn to early spring, the temperature is not very high, so direct exposure can be used so that photosynthesis can be better completed. Once the temperature rises in summer, a certain degree of shading is required, preferably half of it. If you choose to place it indoors for viewing, you can place it in a southeast-facing room after it blooms, so that the flowering period can be as long as possible.

Fertilizer and water management

In this respect, it is no less than other flowers and plants, and the amount of fertilizer and water required is just as important. However, you cannot operate blindly and cannot use too concentrated fertilizer, as this will burn the plants. In spring, you can do it once every 2-4 days. If it is sunny, you can do it a little more frequently. If it is rainy, you don’t have to water it. But after the fruits are ripe, you must stop fertilizing completely. You can reduce the use of water and fertilizer in winter. Growth is slow during this period, so no fertilizer is needed.
