Material

Seeded lemons (there are two types of lemons on the market: seeded and seedless)

Two paper towels

Sealed bag

Flowerpot + soil

Planting steps

Step 1: Cut the lemon into slices, trying not to cut the seeds, carefully pick out the seeds, put the seeds in a container and soak them in water for about seven days, changing the water every day.

Step 2: After the lemon seeds absorb water and swell, use a fruit knife to pick off the thin film.

Step 3: Select a few whole lemon seeds and place them separately on a flat dry paper towel, then cover them with a paper towel of the same size.

Step 4: Carefully move the wrapped lemon seeds into a sealed bag and stick it on a sunny window with tape.

Step 5: When small buds like the one below appear, you can take them out and put them in a pot, cover them with nutrient soil, and put some small stones on the surface of the soil to make it more beautiful.

Step 6: Wait for the little sprouts to break through the soil!
