How to breed the hanging flower flamingoThe hanging flower firebird likes warm, humid and semi-shady environment. It is afraid of exposure to the sun and is not cold-resistant. The room temperature in winter cannot be lower than 12℃. It prefers deep, fertile, well-drained sandy loam. The hanging firebird banana has a tall plant shape and requires sufficient water and fertilizer during its growth period. Usually apply a thin layer of fertilizer once every half a month, and apply phosphorus and potassium fertilizers twice more after the flower stalks are pulled out. Pay attention to proper shading in summer to avoid burning the leaves. In winter, cut off the dead leaves and prune the plant appropriately to make it have a beautiful shape. When the hanging flower firebird is kept indoors, it is easy to be harmed by scale insects, so timely prevention and control should be paid attention to. If properly maintained and managed, it can bloom continuously for more than 10 years. Commonly used propagation methods are division and sowing.
